The importance of Teacher's Day is given more for saving education and respect for teachers. The role of the teacher in our lives cannot be measured. Teachers are such a lamp that keeps burning itself to illuminate the world.

A short story given below, that tells the Role and Importance of teachers.

A big industrialist was addressing teachers of government education institutions-"Please! don't mind!
But the way you work and the way your institutions run, if I had done so, my business would have sunk by now. "Success was clearly visible on the face!

"Understand! You have to change; Your government institutions will have to change; You guys are following an outdated pattern; And the biggest problem is your teachers, who are opposed to any change! "

"Learn to us! If you want to run a business, you have to constantly improve; there is no scope for any kind of omission!"

When Nafees finished her speech in English, a teacher was standing by his hand to ask questions.

"Sir! You own the best coffee-making company in the world. There was a curiosity as to how you buy coffee seeds?"
The industrialist's proud reply was - "Absolutely super premium! No compromise!"

"Well suppose the coffee seeds are of inferior quality in the goods that are sent to you?"

No chance! We will send it back immediately; The vendor company will have to respond; We can cancel our agreement with him!

We have very strict standards for coffee seed selection, that's why our coffee is famous! "The confident industrialist had an almost automatic answer!

"Good! Now let us understand that we have seeds of great variety in color-taste-quality but we do not send back our coffee seeds!"

We have children of all kinds; Rich-poor, clever-weak, villager-urban, sandal-shoes, Hindi-medium-English medium, quiet-spoiled ... all kinds! We do not remove them after seeing their demerits! Take everybody; Teaches everyone; Make everyone! "

"…..Because of sir! we are teachers, not businessmen!"
The industrialist had no answer and remained silent.

Now, from this story you must have understood, what is the role of teachers in life? So this is a chance to remember those teachers as Teacher's Day, Who gave a new direction to our life.

Teachers play a crucial role in our lives to succeed in career and business. The best teacher always helps us to be good people in society or a decent citizen of the country. Teachers know that young people or students are the future of any nation.

"Teaching is a noble profession that shapes the caliber, character and future of an individual. If people remember me as the best teacher, that will be the biggest achievement for me."
