Why was 26 January chosen to enforce the Indian constitution?

By the way, Republic day is celebrated across India with very enthusiasm in the government and private institutions, but the enthusiasm of Republic day celebration is different in schools. Various types of programs are organised in the school to appraise the constitution of India and tell the stories of the brave martyrs to get inspiration and encourage the enthusiasm of children.

Participation in several types of competition, speech and cultural programmes by children is highly appreciable. The children eagerly wait for this day and as the time draws closer, the enthusiasm increases in them. Many days before, they are preparing for devotional songs, speeches, drama and other competitions and on Republic Day, they get a chance to perform their arts in front of the guests and parents. Students who perform well are also rewarded by the institution or school.
